ADC Closure Effective 6pm 3/18/20

To Our Valued Customers,
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while this unbelievable situation unfolds. Despite our best attempts to remain open, we have had to make the heart-wrenching decision to close our business effective 6pm today until further notice. We ask that all pets, boarding and daycare be picked up by 6pm. We are unsure when we will be able to return to normal services and hours, but we will keep you updated via email and on the website with information as soon as we receive it.
While it breaks out heart to close the facility, we are looking forward to seeing our furry friends again when things improve. We are currently working on ways to support our hourly staff and their families and we want to urge our ADC network to continue to practice social distancing and CDC recommended precautions.
As a small business where we can not work from home or engage in eCommerce, a crisis like this one can be detrimental. Please consider supporting our small business and others like it through uncertain times by purchasing a club credit or package via the website. 100% of proceeds we receive throughout our closure will go directly to our employees.
**Due to very generous requests from our ADC family, we have created a way for our patrons to purchase club credits and packages to benefit our hourly employees who will be unable to work during this crisis. In order to purchase club credit (which does not expire and is redeemable for any service at our location when we reopen), you can choose the club credit option online and purchase in $10 increments. We truly appreciate any contributions you can make to help our team and their families during this crisis.
**Regarding service cancellations and club credits: we are working through each element of our closure as quickly as we possibly can. We will be addressing existing reservations, package extensions and other cancellations as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we navigate this, we will be in touch via email with more information.
