Booking and Cancellation Policy:

All boarding reservations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an $8 'same day' reservation fee. All bookings and services must be paid IN FULL at the time of the booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled arrival will be credited as a "CLUB CREDIT" to be used at ADC at any time for any services or retail. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival will receive no credit. ADC does not perform cash refunds, credit card refunds or refunds to original payment methods of any kind. Club credit is not transferable. All 10 day packages expire four (4) months after purchase, 20-30 day packages expire six (6) months after purchase, VIP Packages expire eight (8) months after purchase. We offer a 10% multiple dog daycare package discount to multi-dog (two or more) households. This discount can not be combined with other offers.

Hours of Operation

We offer generous service windows to meet the needs of our busy patrons. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions for drop off, pick-up or evaluation policies. We strictly adhere to these policies, business hours and guidelines for the safety and well-being of your dog and our staff members.

 

We strictly adhere to our siesta time block of 10am-3pm. Any siesta customers who arrive before or after this time will be charged daycare rates and have access to daycare hours (7am to 7pm M-F, 9am-7pm S-S).

Dog Care and Compliance

Our Evaluation Process:

We require a one hour, $25 evaluation or each dog that joins us for daycare or boarding. This one time evaluation is performed on-site and is non-refundable.

During our required evaluation, your dog is assessed by our managerial staff and trained dog counselors to see if they are compatible with the pack and environment we present. During the evaluation, your dog is carefully moved throughout our facility to mimic activities they may experience during their stay with us. They are brought through our lobby, foyer, and play spaces all while being introduced to staff members, other dogs and the space. We keep an eye out for aggressive, anxious, possessive and potentially threatening behaviors. We evaluate your dog to see what energy levels they present, what tendencies they have and what groups and activities they gravitate toward. We learn where they fit in with the pack and which of the playrooms they are best suited for.

Not every dog enjoys an open playroom facility! Some need more privacy, space and quiet time. If your dog doesn't meet our requirements for the facility, we will gladly suggest other facilities in the area that may be a better fit.

Required Name Tags:

We ask that all dogs come to All Dogs Club prepared with some sort of name tag identification. Whether that's a nametag on their collar or harness-- it's helpful for us to be able to identify them quickly and also important for their safety and well-being. Don't have a nametag? We offer them on-site for $2.

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be at least ten (10) weeks of age, have three (3) DHLPP vaccines and Bordetella vaccine. All dogs over the age of six (6) months must be spayed or neutered. All dogs over the age of four (4) months must have a current rabies vaccine. No exceptions. If your dog is overdue on shot records, we reserve the right to deny services until shot records can be verified or separate your dog in one of our full-sized suites. Release 

In order to utilize our daycare and boarding services, all pet owners are required to agree to and sign our ADC waiver and release. By booking services and dropping off your dog, you agree to the items included in the release form. You can review the release form here or through our online portal.
