Like you, we're dog people...but we're also people people. Our staff of 14 means the world to us and that's why 100% of all profits gathered throughout the COVID-19 crisis is going directly to our staff.
We're asking our ADC customers to consider a purchase of 'club credit' or a discounted daycare package to support our team in the coming weeks. Packages purchased now through the end of the month (4/30/20) will be 10% off and have the usual 8-month expiration from our reopen date. Club credit does not expire and can be used for daycare sessions, overnight boarding, grooming or retail items when we reopen.
Here's how to purchase:
1. Sign in or create an online PetExec account through our website. Here you'll be able to manage your pet's profile, purchase packages and manage boarding reservations.
2. Once in your profile, head to the main dashboard. If you aren't brought there automatically, you can navigate there using the three bars on the top right corner to drop-down the menu selections.
3. In the main dashboard you'll see an option to purchase a package. Click there!
4. Choose a package or club credit option (available in $10 denominations, choose your own quantity) and complete your transaction.
5. All club credits will be manually added to your account on our end-- please allow 2-3 days for the credit to show up in your account.
6. Pat yourself on the back. You're doing a very kind thing to help out really great people and the purchase will benefit you and your pup too!

All purchases and sales are final, we do not perform refunds or credit card credits. Club credit does not expire, however can not be used to purchase future discounted packages.
