3/16/20 COVID-19 Update

Updated: Mar 18, 2020

ATTENTION: Effective 3/18/20 All Dogs Club will be closed until further notice.

To Our Wonderful Pet Families,

By now, you have likely heard from numerous local businesses who are making modifications to their service offerings in order to help keep the public safe. We ask that you join us in commending the sacrifices that our community is making to keep the virus at bay. We are very carefully following directions to limit social interactions, we are working to maintain a sanitized facility and of course...we are caring for our beloved pups.

At this time, we are remaining open with a modified daily schedule of 8am-6pm to help serve our patrons who rely on daily and overnight animal care as part of their routine. The modified hours of operation will go into effect starting Wednesday, March 18th. This decision may change based on ongoing developments-- so please check our website or give us a call before stopping by.

Moving forward for the foreseeable future:

  • Required contactless drop off and pick up - We ask that you please utilize our contactless drop-off and pick-up services when visiting ADC. In order to participate, please call the ADC telephone number ((301) 345-3647) when you arrive to drop off or pick up and our staff will come to you. This will lower the instances of contact. Please do not enter the facility if not absolutely necessary.

  • Online booking - We ask that you utilize our online booking portal when booking services. This will lower the instances of contact needed to book reservations.

  • Package extensions - We care about our customers and will be extending expiration dates on all daycare packages by four weeks.

We ask that our ADC family please take the following precautions to kelp keep our staff and community safe:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water often.

  • Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

  • Practice social distancing. The recommended distance to stay away from others is six feet.

Under normal circumstances, our facility is thoroughly sanitized from top to bottom three times daily using animal-safe, kennel-designed products such as Top Performance 256 which is proven to kill COVID-19. This includes playrooms, grooming areas, the front lobby, restrooms and employee spaces. We also take special care to disinfect commonly touched spaces like countertops, door handles, phones and gates multiple times each day. We also have air filtration systems in place to purify the air.

As a reminder, COVID-19 is not believed to be a threat to dogs. (Source, AKC: https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/news/can-dogs-get-coronavirus/)

Thank you all for your continued support while we face this together. As a family, we are hard at work to protect and support our employees, to stay calm and do what's best for the community. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Best,

ADC Team
