Purchasing a Package in Gingr

Purchasing a package (sale or full price) in Gingr is easy! Follow these steps to snag your pup's daycare or siesta package.

1. First thing's first: you need to log into your existing account or sign up for a new one (if you're a new customer). All of our owner and pet info, past reservations, packages and credits have been transferred over for you-- all you need to do is enter the email address you used with PetExec and hit 'Reset my password.' You'll get an email from Gingr with a password reset and then you can log in. If you're a new customer, you can click the 'Sign up' button to get started.

2. Once in your account, you will be prompted to reenter credit card info and resign our new agreement.

3. Once you're updated, head to your home page and double check that your info is correct.

4. If everything looks good, Head to the left-hand toolbar and choose 'Shop.'

   
   

   

5. When you select 'Shop,' you'll have the option to select 'Shop Packages.'

6. Choose your package(s) by selecting the little blue shopping cart and check out the way you would on any shopping website. Easy peasy!

When you purchase a package through the online system, it is automatically added to your account and ready to use within seconds! You can view and manage your packages in your account page.
